Well, it sure seems like the busier we get, the less time we have to devote to this blog and the fewer event pictures we take! Over the past two weeks, we’ve had lots of luncheons, an open house, and several Cinco de Mayo events (including some on Dos and Tres de Mayo) with our amazing Tacos Asados and Fiesta Mexicana menus.
