Yesterday marked our first event in this very new year … and what a great way to kick off 2009!

We served 550 guests for one of our favorite client’s bimonthly safety barbecues. Guests enjoyed Carved Tri-Tip and Grilled Chicken, along with sides including Rosemary Potatoes, and then Hot Apple Crisp for dessert.

For our buffet lines, we celebrated the Chargers recent win with football-themed table decor!
