We have been very fortunate this December in that only three events have been touched by any rain … but we have rain canopies that we cook under, so our food can still be cooked on site and kept as delicious as our customers expect. No need for oven-cooked entrees here, as long as our guests stay warm. Bravo to our team for their extra hard work!

Fortunately, better (not wetter!) weather was on the horizon for our 10 busiest days of 2015 🙂
